SA has two programme areas, Core Programmes and Professional Services. Core Programme is voluntary initiatives of SA funded from its own internal resources. The professional services area is resource generation window of SA. SA generates financial resources from sale of its professional expertise to various national and international development agencies. The resources are utilised to manage office and core programmes. 12% of the resources, generated from resource window are expended in administration and office management. Rest of the resources goes to core programme. SA is a unique example of self financed social development organisation in Nepal.
